Instructions

    Place 4 tablespoons of Ethereal loose herbal tea into a jar.

    Add 1 litre of cold water. Because of the turmeric and dried fruit, this tea benefits from a slightly longer steep.

    Give it a good shake or stir to help release the turmeric and fruit essence.

    Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. 16 hours is even better if you like a bold, complex infusion.

    Strain well. You may want to use a paper filter or double-mesh if the turmeric is very finely ground.
