Tips for Perfect Flavoured Cold Brew

Add fruit during steeping: For the best flavour infusion, add your fruit (sliced or muddled) to the cold brew while it steeps. This allows the flavours to meld together naturally.

Use ripe, seasonal fruit: The better your ingredients, the better your cold brew. Ripe, in-season fruit will provide the most flavour.
